Every element of the spa — the lighting, the sound, the temperature of the treatment rooms, the oils on the shelf — was chosen to help your nervous system let go faster. Our therapists are trained in anatomy-led pressure control and consult with you before every session.

We are a unisex spa. Men, women and couples are welcome, with male and female therapists and separate private treatment rooms. Nothing about your visit is rushed and nothing is upsold mid-session.

Hygiene is documented, not promised: linen and disposables are changed for every guest, rooms and showers are sanitised between sessions and the steam area is deep-cleaned daily.
