Cancellation Policy
We hold your therapist and room exclusively for you, so timely notice matters.
Rescheduling
Reschedule free of charge with at least four hours' notice by call or WhatsApp.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within four hours of the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the treatment value.
No-shows
Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full, or deducted from a prepaid package.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time so following guests are not affected.
Spa-initiated changes
In the rare case we need to reschedule, you will be offered the next available slot of your choice or a full refund of any prepayment.
Packages and vouchers
Prepaid packages and gift vouchers are valid for six months from purchase and are non-refundable but transferable.
